Developmental Services - Group Home Manager

Warm and supportive home for 5 individuals with developmental disabilities seeks skilled manager.  You will manage the daily functions of the home focusing on individual growth, choice and respect.  Responsibilities include staff supervision, direct work with residents, the oversight and organization of health care, and ensuring the 24/7 staff coverage.  Person-centered approach, positive supervisory style, great organizational skills and flexible thinking needed.  Ideal candidate would have an Associate’s Degree in a human service field, experience in a residential setting, and supervisory experience. Clean driving record and clean background required. 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri daytime hours, at $21.99/hour.  Comprehensive benefit package.
