Adult - Residential Crisis Stabilization Program Staff

Join our dedicated team as a Crisis Bed Consultant and play a key role in providing compassionate care, coordination, and crisis support to individuals navigating mental health emergencies.

What you will do:

• Support Clients in Crisis – Offer short-term supportive counseling and teach practical coping strategies to help stabilize and empower individuals.
• Manage Crisis Bed Placements – Screen, assess, and plan placements into our crisis bed program with sensitivity and efficiency.
• Coordinate Services – Work closely with our Emergency and Treatment Teams to ensure seamless service delivery and ongoing support.
• Collaborate Widely – Liaise with other service providers to ensure continuity of care and strong community support systems.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in a mental health field and 2+ years of experience working with individuals with major psychiatric conditions (or equivalent experience).
• Familiarity with recovery-focused approaches for major mental health conditions.
• Excellent teaming and problem-solving abilities.
• A deep commitment to supporting individuals on their mental health journey.

Position Details:

• Full time with 40 hours/week with shifts that include daytime, evening, overnight and weekends.

• Starting at $20.95/hour. Plus shift differentials for evening hours (plus $4) and awake overnight (plus $5).
