Radiology Supervisor
The Radiology Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the radiology department. This role ensures efficient workflow, optimal staffing, and administrative coordination to support high-quality imaging services. The supervisor works closely with clinical, non-clinical and administrative teams to maintain compliance, enhance patient experience, and support departmental goals.
The Radiology Operations Supervisor oversees both clinical and non-clinical areas.
EDUCATION:- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Business, or related field preferred.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in scheduling systems, EMR platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Familiarity with radiology workflows and terminology.
- Experience with productivity metrics and staffing models.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards (e.g., Joint Commission, HIPAA)
