    Weekend Needs:As Scheduled
    Pay Rate:$35.08 - $52.61 per hour

    Key Responsibilities:
    Conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing abilities.
    Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
    Provide direct therapy services using evidence-based practices.
    Educate clients and their families on treatment plans, progress, and home exercises.
    Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
    Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, treatment sessions, and patient progress.
    Participate in team meetings and case conferences.
    Stay current with developments in speech-language pathology through continuing education.
    Cross coverage SLP services at inpatient, swing bed and/or SNF as needed

    Qualifications:
    Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
    Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
    Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
    Experience in outpatient or clinical settings is a plus.
    Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
    Experience in acute care settings preferred (for cross coverage needs).

    Work Environment:
    Primary- Outpatient hospital setting. May involve working with pediatric, adult, or geriatric populations and address: speech, language, voice, cognitive-communication and swallow disorders depending on clinic needs.
