About the Role
As a Unit Clerk, you will:- Provide essential clerical services for the resident unit 🖋️
- Maintain the cleanliness and order of the nursing station 🧹
- Support resident care through communication with other departments via phone, email, written documentation, and in-person interactions 📞📧
- Assist with service tasks according to Helen Porter policies and established job functions ✅
Qualifications ✅- High school diploma or equivalent 🎓
- Additional coursework or experience in medical assisting or clerical work
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology 🩺
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Be part of a caring, supportive team
- Contribute to a positive environment for residents and staff 🌟
