Server

We’re looking for someone to join our team-oriented front of house at the Tillerman. Our servers play a key role in creating a welcoming, well-paced dining experience and delivering thoughtful, attentive service to our guests.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• providing warm, friendly service from greeting through farewell
• guiding guests through the food and beverage menus and answering questions with confidence
• taking accurate food and drink orders and entering them clearly into the POS
• delivering food and beverages in a timely, polished manner
• checking in with tables throughout the meal and anticipating guest needs

• strong work ethic and good time-management skills
• ability to use tablets and computers quickly and efficiently
• strong multitasking skills and ability to work efficiently while remaining friendly and patient with guests
• positive attitude and ability to work well in a supportive, team-focused environment
• must be able to lift 40lbs.
• must be able to work friday and saturday
