Program Scheduler - Principal Specialist, FP&A (Onsite)

Collins Aerospace Mission Systems IMS is seeking a Program Scheduler – Principal Specialist, FP&A to support our Sensing and Controls portfolio in Vergennes, VT. This role is part of our Program Finance & Controls (PF&C) team, providing critical financial and scheduling support across complex defense and commercial aerospace programs. You’ll collaborate with a cross-functional team to shape the future of our programs through detailed planning, performance analysis, and integrated schedule management.

What You Will Do:

• Act as a key FP&A partner, conducting financial forecasting, modeling, and analysis to support cost/schedule integration, investment decisions, and program execution
• Develop, maintain, and own integrated program schedules, collaborating with cross-functional teams including Finance, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality to ensure alignment with contractual and operational objectives
• Monitor program performance, using earned value management (EVM), milestone charts, and schedule analysis tools to identify variances and recommend corrective actions
• Analyze and report financial data including P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet metrics to support strategic planning, compliance, and program health assessments

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience

Qualifications We Prefer

• Proficient in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel
• Experience with SAP and Earned Value Management (EVM) principles
• Strong background in financial modeling, forecasting, and integrated cost/schedule management
• Experience working in Aerospace & Defense or other government contracting environments

What We Offer:
The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
