Program Scheduler - Principal Specialist, FP&A (Onsite)

This role is part of our Program Finance & Controls (PF&C) team, providing critical financial and scheduling support across complex defense and commercial aerospace programs. You’ll collaborate with a cross-functional team to shape the future of our programs through detailed planning, performance analysis, and integrated schedule management.

What You Will Do:- Act as a key FP&A partner, conducting financial forecasting, modeling, and analysis to support cost/schedule integration, investment decisions, and program execution
- Develop, maintain, and own integrated program schedules, collaborating with cross-functional teams including Finance, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality to ensure alignment with contractual and operational objectives
- Monitor program performance, using earned value management (EVM), milestone charts, and schedule analysis tools to identify variances and recommend corrective actions
- Analyze and report financial data including P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet metrics to support strategic planning, compliance, and program health assessments
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
Qualifications We Prefer- Proficient in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel
- Experience with SAP and Earned Value Management (EVM) principles
- Strong background in financial modeling, forecasting, and integrated cost/schedule management
- Experience working in Aerospace & Defense or other government contracting environments
The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
