School Nutrition Chef/Co-Manager

The Addison Northwest School District (ANWSD) is seeking a Chef/Co-Manager to join our dedicated School Nutrition team at the middle/high school level.

We’re looking for a passionate and motivated individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced, energetic environment and takes pride in preparing high-quality, nutritious meals for students. The ideal candidate will have strong culinary, organizational and communication skills, promote teamwork, and share our commitment to supporting student wellness and local Farm to School initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plan and prepare meals from scratch, including cooking and baking
Oversee daily kitchen operations, including line service, cashiering, inventory, and ordering
Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
Foster a positive, collaborative work environment
Supervise kitchen staff
Plan and execute catering activities
Engage in continuous learning within the School Nutrition program
