Long-Term Substitute: Kindergarten (2 positions)

Vergennes Union Elementary School is seeking Long-Term Substitutes for the following positions:

Kindergarten December 11, 2026 - March 1, 2027
Kindergarten January 4, 2027 - April 16, 2027


ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Social emotional needs of students including implementation of PBIS and Responsive Classroom Strategies
• Developmental needs of students within a rigorous classroom setting
• Evidence based instructional approaches
• Multi-Tiered System of Supports and use of data to inform instruction
• Use of formative and summative assessments within a proficiency-based reporting system
• Collaboration within a team structure
• Experience working with early elementary students preferred, but not required
