After School Child Care Staff

The Addison Northwest School District seeks creative, enthusiastic individuals to work in the After School Program at Ferrisburgh Central School and Vergennes Union Elementary School for the 2025-26 school year.

Ideal applicants will have a passion for working with elementary age children, an enthusiasm for creating and leading meaningful activities, and experience in an after school and/or licensed childcare setting. Program hours are Monday – Friday from 2:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. when school is in session. Additional opportunities are available on half-day Wednesday’s, vacation weeks and summer for those who are interested. Hours and days can be flexible.

Applicants must be at least 16 years of age and willing to participate in provided professional development opportunities. *Free childcare is provided for employees of school age children in grades K-5.
