Mountain Community Health (MCH) operates as a patient-centered medical home offering evidence-based care to enhance our communities by promoting their well-being.
As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), MCH offers a wide range of comprehensive health services to all persons regardless of their insurance or the ability to pay. MCH offers a sliding fee discount program for all eligible patients.
The MCH team of physicians, nurses, dentists, dental hygienists, administrators, and support staff are dedicated to caring for our patients with skill, compassion, and respect.
