Class A Commercial Driver for landscape company

Responsibilities

• Operate and drive trucks with a gross vehicle weight (GVW) over 26,000 pounds
• Tow weights exceeding 10,000 pounds
• Securely attach tractor units to the trailer hitch
• Maintain detailed driving and delivery logs
• Perform regular inspections and necessary vehicle maintenance
• Ensure load contents are securely packed and organized
• Adhere to delivery and rest schedules
• Maneuver and park vehicles in various situations
• Navigate routes using GPS and/or other routing system

• Valid Class A driver's license
• Ability to pass a drug screen
• Consistent, dependable attendance
• Willingness to work variable hours, including weekends, holidays, and overtime
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
