Admin - Marketing, Outreach and Development Coordinator

What You’ll Do
Administrative & Operational Support- Keep the department running smoothly with day-to-day coordination and organization
- Track marketing material requests and manage inventory of promotional items
- Ensure brand consistency across all materials
- Help organize and execute community and fundraising events (like seasonal events and special initiatives)
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, and volunteers from planning through execution
- Represent the organization at community events, meetings, and job fairs
- Support staff participation in outreach efforts by preparing materials and logistics
- Build relationships that strengthen community presence
- Track and analyze performance metrics (social media, website, campaigns)
- Maintain spreadsheets and assist with database updates and reporting
- Create engaging social media posts, flyers, and promotional materials
- Provide support for organizational newsletters, blogs, and website content
- Assist with brochures, press releases, fundraising materials, and annual reports
- Assist with mailings and communications
- Help coordinate required documentation and signatures for funding efforts
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Creativity and familiarity with social media and content creation tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Schedule: Full-Time (37.5 hours/week, occasional evenings & weekends)
Salary: Starting from $21.78/hour commensurate with experience, and great benefit package!
