**Position Overview**
Join our tight-knit IT team as an Information Technology Support Specialist. You’ll support the IT Manager and Network Administrator in managing systems, troubleshooting issues, and providing exceptional user support to keep our operations running smoothly.
**Key Responsibilities**- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues; maintain peripherals (printers, routers).
- Provide help desk support for network/system inquiries, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Assist with network, email, and data security, prioritizing client confidentiality.
- Train staff on software/hardware and document procedures.
- Manage mobile devices (Intune/Apple Business Manager) and technology inventory.
- Coordinate with vendors for equipment purchases and issue resolution.

Requirements
- Associate’s degree or technical training in IT preferred; 2-4 years’ technical support experience or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of systems design, network operations, and hardware maintenance.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work occasional weekends/holidays and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Team-oriented with a commitment to a drug- and alcohol-free workplace.
