We strive to not only provide excellent customer service to our guests but also remember that often our fellow staff members are our customers too. We hope if you join us this summer you’ll have the opportunity to explore this great state of ours. There is a lot to see and do here even though we’re a small state and because of that, too things are fairly close by.

Bell Person-The Bell Staff serves resort guests by greeting them upon their arrival at Basin Harbor and assisting them with their varied needs, presenting a confident, welcoming attitude.

Breezeway Café Attendant-The Breezeway Café, located in our Main Lodge Building offers custom crafted coffees, freshly baked pastries, ready-made food, and some small giftware items.  All our retail locations can be very busy guest areas and you will be expected to provide exceptional service and information to guests of all ages. 

Front Desk Agent-The Front Desk Agent greets and checks in all guests upon their arrival and provides a smooth experience at checkout. The Agent offers assistance to guests during their stay by answering questions, resolving issues, and dispatching housekeeping or maintenance to respond to guest requests.

Laundry Worker-Laundry Worker sorts, launders, folds, and stores all linen from accommodations, dining venues, and events on the Basin Harbor property.

Rooms Housekeeper-The Rooms Housekeeper is responsible for the cleanliness of guest rooms, cottages, and Housekeeping storage areas.

Retail Associate – Harbor Store (Local Only)-The Harbor Store is a convenient retail shop that is located near the waterfront. We offer grab & go foods, candy, scooped and soft-serve ice cream (creemees.) We sell bottled and canned beer & wine, non-alcoholic beverages, and a selection of toys and small items. This is a very busy guest area and you will be expected to provide exceptional service and information to guests of all ages.
