Prep Leader

American Flatbread Middlebury is interviewing for a Prep Leader. We are a woman-owned and run restaurant and welcome all qualified applicants whose values align with ours. We offer a fun, respectful and inclusive work environment with built-in 2 days off in a row, vacation time and $18-22/hr (starting wage depends on experience). The right person for this position can see a job through to completion, has great communication skills, and is interested in working as a team to create and serve delicious, local and organic food. Baking, knife skills and prep experience are helpful, but we are happy to train the right candidate and value a positive, “Can Do” attitude above all. 32-40 hrs/week, Tues-Sat.
