About Us
The Tillerman is an inspired farmhouse inn & restaurant, restored & reimagined from its 1790’s bones, located just outside the vibrant town of Bristol, Vermont.
Pull up a chair for a farm-to-table dinner! The Tillerman is invested in their community and supporting local farmers, makers and cultivators. The open kitchen with a wood-fired oven is the heart of the restaurant. Bountiful, crisp salads, roasted vegetables and sourdough pizzas are served family-style. The restaurant is open year-round, Wednesday through Saturday.
The bedrooms are fresh and cozy with organic mattresses, 100% cotton sheets, towels and linen duvets. Each room is unique with bespoke, tiled en suite bathrooms, original artwork, hardwood floors & vintage wool rugs - the perfect blend of classic, modern and whimsy. All rooms are outfitted with Ursa Major bath products, a mini fridge & air conditioning. A light breakfast is included. The inn is open year-round, 7 days a week.
