Addison County Therapies is owned and operated by Addison County Home Health & Hospice, Inc. Addison County Home Health & Hospice, Inc., is a 501(c)3 nonprofit agency governed by a volunteer board of directors and certified by Medicare to provide comprehensive home care services in Addison County, Vermont. We have expanded our services to include clinic based Physical Therapy via Addison County Therapies in order to better meet community needs.
