The Vermont Community Foundation has a permanent home in the historic district of Middlebury village. We're located in the handsome 1823 Masonic Hall at 3 Court Street—next door to the old Addison County Courthouse and a few steps from the Middlebury Inn.
About Us
We offer services for just about everyone who wants to make a difference: donors who want to make their giving more meaningful and effective, professional advisors who have clients with questions about their giving, and nonprofits that need a trusted partner in achieving success.
We are Vermont's largest and leading homegrown grantmaker. Together, our family of over 570 funds provides more than $10 million in grants per year. We help Vermont-focused philanthropists, organizations, and businesses cultivate their love of giving to the community by helping them learn, lead, and grow through their philanthropy. We also help keep Vermont's nonprofit community vital by offering endowment management and planned giving services, as well as providing other helpful resources.Video Media
