Contractor Sales/Outside Sales Support (Full Time)

Are you Reliable, Responsible, and Caring?  Come join the rk Miles Team! We’re looking for enthusiastic, motivated individuals with a passion for sales and a commitment to exceptional customer service to join our Contractor Sales/Outside Sales Support team.

Starting at $21/hr

As a member of our Contractor Sales/Outside Sales Support team, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Supporting our outside sales representatives by preparing quotes, orders, and submittals.
• Act as a liaison between contractors, inside sales, delivery teams, and vendors.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and follow up on orders, deliveries, and backorders.
• Assist with managing project timelines, product availability, and pricing updates.
• Help resolve service or product issues quickly and effectively.
• Identify sales opportunities and upsell when appropriate.
• Participate in occasional site visits or client meetings with outside sales reps.

Experience: 

• Qualified applicants must have knowledge of building materials, millwork products and basic construction applications.
• Previous sales and customer service experience (industry specific experience preferred).
• Strong organizational, communication and computer skills.
• Must have a proactive, team-oriented approach with a focus on customer satisfaction.
