    The Shelter Manager provides John Graham Shelter administration and supervision of Shelter support staff. The Shelter Manager also works closely with the Program Director and Director of Quality Assurance to manage the Shelter Waitlist and HMIS data.

    QUALIFICATIONS
    Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in social services; three years' supervisory experience; technical proficiency with electronic documentation; knowledge of service coordination, crisis intervention; and person-centered, trauma informed therapies; and working knowledge of local resources and service providers.

    WORKING CONDITIONS
    Full-time work at the John Graham Shelter, 69 Main Street, Vergennes. Working hours M-F 8:30 am – 4:30 pm, including some evenings, weekends, and holidays; work on-call on a rotating basis.
