Director of Operations

Addison Housing Works is seeking an experienced, collaborative leader to serve as our new Director of Operations. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape how our growing organization works, strengthening the systems, processes, and coordination that support our mission of providing affordable housing in Addison County. As a member of our Leadership Team, the Director of Operations will lead cross-departmental initiatives, improve workflows and accountability, strengthen program performance, and oversee shared administrative systems for a growing staff of 25-30. We're looking for a solutions-oriented leader who enjoys building systems, leading change, and helping people succeed.
