Production Planner & Supply Chain Manager

Green Mountain Beverage is looking for a proactive Production Planner & Supply Chain Manager to oversee material flow, production schedules, and co-pack partner orders in our beverage co-packing facility. You’ll be the key link between customer demand and operational execution, ensuring materials are available, production runs smoothly, and co-pack partners stay aligned. If you’re highly organized, thrive in fast-paced environments, and enjoy optimizing processes to deliver on time, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Create and maintain production schedules aligned with demand and capacity.
• Manage end-to-end supply chain operations — forecasting, procurement, production planning, and inventory control.
• Coordinate with procurement and co-pack partners to ensure materials and timelines are on track.
• Monitor inventory levels and adjust plans to prevent shortages or overstock.
• Communicate production status and priorities across internal teams.
• Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and cost savings.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in production planning, preferably in manufacturing or co-packing.
• Skilled in ERP/MRP systems and production scheduling.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• Excellent communicator and multitasker with a continuous improvement mindset.

Bonus Points For

• Experience in beverage or food manufacturing.
• Familiarity with co-packing or contract manufacturing.
• Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma principles.
