The ideal candidates are individuals with a passion for local foods and cooking, gardening and hospitality- or all of the above. And value hard work, is self-directed, friendly, comfortable working both as a team and independently, and is available on weekends.

Qualifications for all:- Self directed

We prioritize folks with hospitality and culinary backgrounds. This is a unique opportunity for those seeking experience in a unique setting. Pay is commensurate with experience and work roles; wages range from $16 to $23 per hour.
The Specifics: Roles will always be combined for seasonal live-in staff. Let us know what you can offer, your interests and skills.
Culinary Assistant or Leader - Lead the kitchen or support the team. Cooking, prep work, menu planning, cooking and plating creative meals with local ingredients and other typical kitchen tasks. Requires culinary experience. Pizza baking skills a plus.
Inn support and guest services staff - the seasonal live in staff position. This is a hands-on, general support role ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their work and thrives in a community-oriented, hospitality environment. Hospitality experience preferred.
Inn support tasks include, but are not limited to:- Assist with meal service, set up, and clean up for meals and events.
- Housekeeping duties & keeping common spaces clean.
- Assist with events, and maybe make pizza if you have that skill.
- Washing dishes and maintaining the cleanliness of kitchen areas
- Support in keeping all spaces clean and inviting.
- Take out compost, trash, ,recycling and assist with light gardening tasks
- Prepare and maintain campsites, the sauna or pizza oven.
- Welcome and check in guests
Housekeeper- this requires someone with impeccable attention to details. Can be year round but typically seaonal- 20-30 hours a week.
Dining room servers- serve and clear prepared foods to inn guests. Breakfast and dinner. Clean up and set up before and after. We are not a restaurant in the typical sense but offer experiences more like that of a dinner party or pizza party.
Gardening and general maintenance- assistance with maintaining gardens- herb, perennial and veggie and general upkeep outside. Assist with event set up and preparation. And light maintenance if you have the skills.
