Community Office Manager

If so, National Bank of Middlebury could be the right fit for you! We are looking for a new leader for our Rt. 7 or Brandon office who:- has previous experience as a supervisor (banking experience is not necessary)

- In this role, you will be responsible for providing leadership and supervision to our customer service team, learning our daily branch operations, and assuring our branches have appropriate staffing/coverage. You will also have the support of a group of veteran managers while learning our processes and procedures.
Rotating Saturdays (approximately one per month, 8:30am - 12:30pm)

Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous supervisory experience
- Two years customer service experience
- Strong communication skills
- Problem solving / critical thinking skills
- Attention to detail
$65,000-$80,000 negotiable depending on experience
