Virtual Networking Mixer & Holiday Fun!

Description

Join us for a fun and festive virtual mixer to round out 2020! We’ll have a seasonal door decorating contest, a virtual toy drive to support the HOPE Holiday Shop, and, as always, casual conversation in small breakout groups, door prizes, and our Pot of Gold drawing. Ugly sweaters and other festive attire encouraged (though not required).

Deck Your Door Contest
Deck your door with boughs of holly! Whether you’re working from home or working on site, flex your creative muscles and adorn your door with seasonal décor for a chance to win a great prize. Our contest is about having fun and creative with what you have, so no need to incur expenses.

Here’s how the contest works:

• By December 15, email a photo of your decorated door to Sarah Audet. Include your business/organization name and the names of any colleagues who pitched in.
• At the mixer, we’ll show off all the contest entries and our members will vote on their favorite.

Virtual Toy Drive for the HOPE Holiday Shop
Every December, HOPE runs a free Holiday Shop, where low-income parents can select toys, games, and books for their children. If not for this program, many local children would receive few, if any, gifts at the holidays.

For many years, the Chamber has collected toys from our members at our December mixer. Even though we are going virtual this year, the tradition continues!

You can participate in the Chamber’s virtual toy drive by purchasing toys through HOPE’s online toy store. After you complete your purchase, email Sarah Audet so we can announce at the mixer how many toys and gifts the Chamber collected for local children.
