What would it feel like to feel balanced and focused throughout the day? Is it even possible to experience calm in a culture that glamorizes "busy," with technology chirping at us all day long, and when we are interrupted constantly? Yes, it is possible to focus amid the chaos, but it requires skill and practice. Join us for this lively and interactive program to learn tangible strategies and actionable steps you can personally take to manage distractions, cope with interruptions, and maximize your performance. You'll leave with tools you can put in place immediately to promote health and feel better each day.
