David Hills is the founder and Managing Partner of Waypoint Management Services, LLC. He is a 1985 graduate of the Grossman School of Business at the University of Vermont. Dave is a Vermont native, but his career in Business Management and Consulting has taken him to every region of the United States, consulting professionally with over 70 organizations, saving businesses upwards of 100 million dollars in operational costs.
