Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Posted: 09/07/2025The Talent Acquisition Coordinators provide operational, systems, and customer-focused support across all stages of the hiring process, from high-volume seasonal recruitment to benefits-eligible roles. Collaborate in a portfolio-based model across the Talent Acquisition team to deliver a seamless hiring experience, support the applicant tracking and onboarding systems, and deliver timely and accurate hiring data. Provide direct customer service and operational support to ensure prompt, courteous and knowledgeable service to all customers.
This is a full time, benefits-eligible hourly position with a hiring range of $21.27 - $26.60 per hour.
Core Responsibilities:- Deliver day-to-day operational support for recruiting and hiring processes across employment pathways, ensuring a high-quality experience for candidates and hiring managers
- Manage and maintain requisitions, candidate workflows, offer letters, and onboarding documents within the applicant tracking system (Workable)
- Partner with the Manager to support ATS enhancements, template updates, integrations, and data integrity between systems
- Provide specialized support within a portfolio (e.g., specific employee types, seasonal hiring cycles, departments, students or administrative functions), while working collaboratively across the team to balance workload and coverage
- Support community engagement, sourcing, and outreach efforts, including assisting with job ads, event promotion, and external partnerships based on portfolio and requisition
- Initiate and track required pre-employment steps including reference checks, POPES screenings, and onboarding documentation
- Ensure timely and accurate collection and input of new hire data to support transition to People Operations and creation of employee records in Oracle HCM
- Serve as a helpful and professional resource to internal stakeholders and applicants, responding to routine questions, system issues, and hiring process inquiries
- Excellent communication and customer service skills with a focus on professionalism and approachability
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and human capital management platforms (Workable and Oracle HCM preferred)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools, shared documents, and collaborative project tracking systems
- Comfortable with evolving technology and able to support and improve system-based workflows
- Discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information
- Eagerness to learn and grow within a collaborative, people-centered HR team
- General office environment with long periods of computer work. Must be able to manage multiple priorities in a high stress environment and be able to maintain confidentiality of information.
