Developmental Services - Program Financial Specialist

Our mission-driven community mental health organization is seeking a finance or accounting professional to support the services we provide to adults with developmental disabilities and traumatic brain injuries. This position budgets, tracks, and processes new and existing revenue and expenses as they relate to the services for individual clients. This position is heavy on the numbers, but also gets to interact with a lot of different internal and external constituents. There is a lot of variety in this work; you will never be bored!
Our ideal candidate would have a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field, with 2 to 4 years of experience, as well as knowledge of basic accounting principles. A high level of skill with Excel and excellent organizational skills are also required. Also required is the ability to represent CSAC professionally in interactions with colleagues, clients, families, community partners, and state contacts.
