This May, Town Hall Theater invites audiences to explore the power of words through three exceptional literary events, presented in partnership with leading authors, poets, and the Vermont Book Shop. From poetry and memoir to fiction and art history, these evenings offer rich opportunities for conversation, reflection, and discovery.
Acclaimed novelist Stephen Kiernan returns to discuss his engrossing new novel, Pollock's Last Lover: A Novel of Art and Deception. This compelling story follows two women whose lives intersect through the legacy of Jackson Pollock and a mysterious painting that may be his final work.
Spanning decades and set against the glamorous, competitive world of fine art, the novel explores ambition, authenticity, power, and the challenges women face in forging their own paths. Books will be available for purchase and signing following the event.
