Developmental Services - Specialized Residential Support Staff

Community Associates, CSAC’s developmental services program, is seeking a dedicated human service professional to join a strong team of support for two young people with a mild development disability in their 24/7 staffed home.  Support is focused on building daily living skills, improving physical and emotional wellbeing, and succeeding in achieving personal goals.  Excellent boundary setting skills required.  Experience with behavioral support desirable.  40 hours per week, Sunday through Thursday 8am-4pm.  The daytime base rate is $21.43/hour, with client-based stipend of plus $2, $4, $6.
