Customer Service Representative

Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team at Phoenix Feeds & Nutrition, a trusted manufacturer in the livestock feed industry. This role serves as a key point of contact for customers, supporting order processing, handling inquiries, and ensuring a smooth experience from order entry through delivery. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and understands the importance of accuracy and responsiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, orders, and issue resolution
• Process and manage sales orders, ensuring accuracy in pricing, product specifications, and delivery details
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and sales teams to track and fulfill customer orders
• Provide timely updates on order status, inventory availability, and delivery schedules
• Handle and resolve customer concerns, discrepancies, or complaints professionally
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in CRM/ERP systems
• Assist with billing inquiries, invoicing, and account support
• Support sales team with quotes, product information, and customer communication
• Contribute to process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and efficiency

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1-3 years of customer service experience (manufacturing or agriculture industry preferred)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Experience with ERP or order management systems preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a deadline-driven environment

• Familiarity with dairy, agriculture, or feed products
• Experience working with logistics, shipping, or production coordination
